[INE] Circular on Approving Petrochina Fueloils Co., Ltd. to Be Renamed as Petrochina Specialty Fuels & Materials Co., Ltd.

Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) has received an application from Petrochina Fueloils Co., Ltd. In accordance with applicable provisions of the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other relevant business rules, INE hereby decides:

1. to approve Petrochina Fueloils Co., Ltd. to be renamed as Petrochina Specialty Fuels & Materials Co., Ltd. in relation to INE.

2. that the delivery warehouse agreement between the former Petrochina Fueloils Co., Ltd. and INE shall be fulfilled by Petrochina Specialty Fuels & Materials Co., Ltd. 

3. that Petrochina Specialty Fuels & Materials Co., Ltd. shall retain all rights and assume all obligations of the former Petrochina Fueloils Co., Ltd. as a designated delivery warehouse of INE.
