[INE] Notice on Adjusting the Transaction Fee for Crude Oil Futures Contracts and Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Futures Contracts

All related parties,

Starting from June 25, 2026 (i.e., starting from the night trading session on June 24), Shanghai International Energy Exchange will adjust the transaction fee for Crude Oil futures and Low Sulfur Fuel Oil futures as follows:

For Crude Oil futures contracts SC2608, the transaction fee is RMB 20 yuan/lot, and waived for closing out positions opened on the same day.

For Crude Oil futures contracts SC2609, SC2610, SC2611, SC2612, SC2701, SC2702, SC2703, SC2706, SC2709, SC2712, SC2803, SC2806, SC2809, SC2812 and SC2903, the transaction fee is waived for closing out positions opened on the same day.

For Low Sulfur Fuel Oil futures contracts LU2608, the transaction fee is 0.01‰ of the turnover, and the transaction fee for the close-out of intraday positions is 0.01‰ of the turnover.

For Low Sulfur Fuel Oil futures contracts LU2609, LU2610, LU2611, LU2612, LU2701, LU2702, and LU2703, the transaction fee for the close-out of intraday positions is 0.01‰ of the turnover.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
